Really free?
Yes, really free. No sales commissions, no card and no expiry dates: build your store, add your products and share your link. -
What does the free plan include? And Premium?
The free plan includes your store, your catalog and stock control, with no commissions and no expiry. The Premium plan is coming soon: it will add more stores, many more products, full analytics and remove the vitrama mark from your store. Until then, everything you see is free. -
How do I get paid? Do you handle payments?
We don't handle payments. Each order closes over WhatsApp or email with the customer — you decide how to get paid: bank transfer, cash, whatever works. No middlemen, no fees. -
Do I need to know about online stores or design?
Not at all. vitrama makes it easy: pick a ready-made style, add your products and your store is live. If you later want to tweak colors or sections, there's a visual editor — no code. -
What if I want to leave?
Export your catalog as CSV anytime (all yours, always), unpublish the store with one click, done. No lock-in, no exit fees. You can also delete your account entirely from settings.
